With family roots in Gondar, Tutu grew up in the country's capital of Addis Abeba.  As the first-born in her family, and following in Ethiopian traditions, Tutu had her share of responsibilites and played a major role in the raising of her three sisters and her brother.  Her love of cooking emerged at an early age, and she could be found cooking for her family and friends even during holidays.

Her love and joy for cooking gave her a dream ... a dream to one day have her own Ethiopian Restaurant!  The opening of Tutu's Autnetic Ethiopian Cuisine brings her one-step closer to realizing her dream!
